1. Email us

One address for everything: hello@sparkthetutor.com. During the beta a reply can take a few working days.

• Reporting a tutor reply: use “Report this reply” under the message in a session. It opens an email with the session and message number filled in, so you only need to say what was wrong.
• Your data: a copy, a correction, deletion, or withdrawing consent. Write from the email you sign in with so we can confirm it is your account. You can also delete sessions or your account yourself from Account and data.
• Parental consent: if the confirmation email did not arrive, write from the parent’s own address with the child’s sign-in email.
• Feedback and bugs: what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened. Please do not include passwords or other people’s personal details.

2. If you need help right now

This inbox is not watched around the clock. If you or someone else is in danger, talk to a trusted adult and call for help: Samaritans of Singapore (SOS) 1767, Tinkle Friend 1800-274-4788, or 995 / 999 in an emergency.
